Bet Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until 316phfun has issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during system errors, connectivity outages, or after market suspension are void. 316phfun reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a data feed error.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per market and may vary by sport, event, and account standing. These limits are displayed in the bet placement screen. 316phfun reserves the right to impose reduced maximum stake limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest advantage play that falls outside normal recreational betting behaviour.
Live / In-Play Betting
Live betting markets are subject to suspension during key moments of a match — such as goals, red cards, set points, or major plays. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be declined or void. In-play odds update in real time and 316phfun bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party data providers or your internet connection.
Bet Settlement
Bets are settled as quickly as possible following the conclusion of an event. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body or league. Where official results are unavailable or disputed, 316phfun will use its reasonable judgement to determine the correct settlement outcome. Settled bets will not be reopened except in cases of clear system error.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
If a sports or esports event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets on events that are abandoned, settlement will be based on the score or status at the time of abandonment, in accordance with specific market rules.

06 Bonuses & Promotions
316phfun offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and Conditions as well as specific promotion terms that will be clearly stated when the offer is presented.
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each promotion specifies whether it is open to new or existing accounts.
- All bonuses at 316phfun are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with players, teams, or officials
- Betting on events where you have non-public information that could affect the outcome
- Using 316phfun services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering
- Registering multiple accounts or facilitating others to do so
- Impersonating any individual or entity in connection with the platform
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 316phfun technology
316phfun uses industry-standard monitoring systems to detect suspicious betting patterns and account behaviour. All activity on the platform is logged and may be reviewed. If you become aware of any suspicious activity on the platform, please report it to our support team.

10 Limitation of Liability
316phfun provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is always available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 316phfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors outside our direct control, delays in live data feeds, or losses arising from your own decisions in placing bets.

You may also close your own 316phfun account at any time by contacting customer support. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.
